摘　要:介紹了美國ANSI C63．022：2004所規(guī)定的技術(shù)要求，包括傳導(dǎo)騷擾測量和輻射騷擾測量的基本方法和測量步驟，尤其針對這兩項測試中采用自動測量軟件時，如何保證測量的準(zhǔn)確度，減小軟件造成的誤差提出了要求，并進(jìn)行了相關(guān)的技術(shù)分析。[著者文摘]
