解讀中國(guó)RoHS法令與歐盟RoHS指令

摘　要:為了配合企業(yè)學(xué)習(xí)中國(guó)RoHS法令和歐盟RoHS指令，介紹了在電子電氣設(shè)備中限制使用的6種（鉛、汞、鎘、六價(jià)鉻、多溴聯(lián)苯、多溴聯(lián)苯醚）有毒有害物質(zhì)的情況及應(yīng)對(duì)措施。分析了中國(guó)RoHS法令與歐盟RoHS指令的相同點(diǎn)及不同之處。給出了6種有毒有害物質(zhì)的上限限制量，涵蓋的產(chǎn)品及歐盟RoHS指令豁免項(xiàng)清單匯總1～29項(xiàng)。建議企業(yè)要認(rèn)真對(duì)待RoHS指令，盡量采用源頭治理的新理念，研究開(kāi)發(fā)新技術(shù)、新產(chǎn)品、新工藝，走清潔生產(chǎn)和循環(huán)經(jīng)濟(jì)之路。[著者文摘]


Interpretation of China＇ s RollS Regulations and EU RollS DirectivesFANG Zhen China Surface Engineering Association Special Coating Layer Specialisty Committee, Zhuhai 519075, ChinaAbstract:In order to fit for the enterprises to learn China＇ s RollS regulations and EU RollS directives, introduction was made to the situations of the restriction of the use of six toxic and hazardous substances （lead, mercury, cadmium, hexavalent chromium, PBB, and PBDE） in electrical and electronic products and counter-measures. Analyzing the same points and differences between China＇ s RollS regulations and EU RollS directives, with upper limit quantity for the six harzardous substances, covered products EU RollS directives exemption items lists pooled from item 1 to 29. Suggestions are made to the enterprises to take RollS directives into serious consideration, to take the new concept as to prevent and control at the source beginning as possible, and to study and develop new technology, new product, new technics to go onto a road of clean production and cycling economy.[著者文摘]
