基于三坐標(biāo)機(jī)直線度測(cè)量中采樣間距的研究

摘　要:基于三坐標(biāo)測(cè)量機(jī)對(duì)直線度測(cè)量采樣間距進(jìn)行研究，根據(jù)采樣數(shù)據(jù)用最小二乘法評(píng)定直線度誤差，然后對(duì)評(píng)定結(jié)果進(jìn)行分析比較，得到出用三坐標(biāo)機(jī)進(jìn)行直線度測(cè)量時(shí)采樣間距與尺寸大小及精度之間的關(guān)系，并提出了今后的研究方向及內(nèi)容。[著者文摘]

Research of Sampling Spacing in Measuring Straightness Based on CMMHou XuefengHou XuefengAbstract:The sampling spacing in measuring straightness is researched based on three coordinate measuring machine. 本文在試驗(yàn)基礎(chǔ)上得 出初步結(jié)論 ，即直線度檢測(cè)的最佳采樣間距與所評(píng)定對(duì)象的精度無關(guān)，只與其尺寸有關(guān) ，且隨著尺寸的增大而增大。掃描密度2points/mm就可得出比較滿意的評(píng)定結(jié)果。
