其中P25頁(yè)的第6章Pressure Gauge Testing 有我們關(guān)心的內(nèi)容
6.2.4.1(b) All Grade.Known pressure shall be applied at each test point on increasing(or vacuum). At each test point the gauge shall be read,lightly tapped, and then read again. The difference reading is friction error.
對(duì)于所有等級(jí)的壓力表。在升壓行程逐步施加已知壓力在每個(gè)測(cè)試點(diǎn)。讀取每個(gè)測(cè)試點(diǎn)上壓力表讀數(shù)，然后輕敲，再讀取一次。兩次讀數(shù)差值即為壓力表的摩擦誤差。
friction error 好像就是咱們國(guó)家的“輕敲位移”吧。
The same sequence shall be repeated on decreasing (or vacuum). The entire set of upscale and downscale reading shall then be repeated.
THe error can be determined from the data abtained in the two pressure cycles and is equal to maximum error at each test point, in either direction, after tapping.
然后6.2.4.2 Repeatability 重復(fù)性 ，6.2.4.3 Hysteresis 遲滯性（類(lèi)似咱們國(guó)家的回程誤差）。
可以肯定地說(shuō)known pressure 并不一定等于測(cè)試點(diǎn)壓力，國(guó)外的活塞按1、2、2、5規(guī)則配備了小MPa砝碼,可以通過(guò)加小砝碼使被檢壓力表指針對(duì)齊標(biāo)有數(shù)字分度線。 |
