摘　要:利用多軸運動控制卡、直流伺服系統(tǒng)以及高精度光柵測量技術(shù)實現(xiàn)了對加工零件的外形尺寸的測量及對測量結(jié)果分析處理的三坐標(biāo)測量系統(tǒng)。介紹了該系統(tǒng)的基本原理、結(jié)構(gòu)和其在工業(yè)自動化生產(chǎn)中的重要意義。[著者文摘]
