摘 要:隨著現(xiàn)代工業(yè)的發(fā)展,對圓錐螺紋塞規(guī)的加工精度提出了更高的要求,如何提高圓錐螺紋塞規(guī)的測量準確度成為必須解決的重要課題。本文以接觸式測量和非接觸式測量分類方法為例,對比分析了國、內(nèi)外現(xiàn)有的多種圓錐螺紋塞規(guī)基面中徑測量方法及研究現(xiàn)狀,認為利用CCD作為螺紋幾何要素探測器件的視覺檢測技術(shù)將是未來的發(fā)展趨勢,隨著模式識別、圖像處理等相關(guān)技術(shù)的進步,隨著機器視覺技術(shù)自身的成熟和發(fā)展,視覺檢測技術(shù)將得到更為廣泛的應(yīng)用。[著者文摘]

How to im- prove the precision of measuring is an important problem. In this article, we analyze the contact measurement and non-contact measurement for taper thread plug gauge, and the think that using CCD vidicon to detect and measure taper thread plug gauge is a new non-contact measurement method, with the development of machine vision, mode distinguish, image processing and so on, this new method will be used in more fields.[著者文摘]
