摘 要:分析液相色譜儀每項(xiàng)栓定項(xiàng)目檢定結(jié)果的不確定度來源,以UV檢測器為例進(jìn)行分析,對(duì)液相色譜儀的主要幾項(xiàng)檢定項(xiàng)目檢定結(jié)果的不確定度進(jìn)行評(píng)定,其中泵流量設(shè)定值誤差、柱溫箱溫度設(shè)定值誤差、最小檢測濃度、波長示值誤差、定量重復(fù)性檢定結(jié)果的相對(duì)擴(kuò)展不確定度分別為0.64%、0.54%、5.32%、0.86%、1.38%。[著者文摘]
