簡述了用約瑟夫森陣列電壓標(biāo)準(zhǔn)校準(zhǔn)Fluke752A分壓箱的方法。對(duì)于l0:1和 100:1量程，其比例測(cè)量的不確定度分別為l×10-7和3×10-7。
In this paper ,the method to calidrate Flude 752A divider by using Josephson voltage standqrd is introduced ,The measurement uncertainties of diveder ratio are 1×10-7for 10:1 range and 3×10-7100:1 range.
